Planning tool only

QuoteMath provides mathematical estimates based on information you enter. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, wage, insurance or market-rate advice. Results do not account for every business cost, job condition or local rule. You remain responsible for reviewing the scope and deciding whether and how to quote.

No guarantee of profit or business results

A calculated margin is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual duration, labor, rework, refunds, taxes, uncollected invoices and other factors can change the result. QuoteMath does not guarantee revenue, profit, customers or acceptance of a quote.

Permitted use

You may use the free calculator for lawful internal business planning. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy substantial parts for a competing service, misrepresent affiliation with QuoteMath or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Availability and changes

The website may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. We aim to keep calculations accurate but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. You should independently verify important figures before relying on them.

Intellectual property

The QuoteMath name, design, copy, calculator implementation and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Paid products

Joining a waitlist is not a purchase. Paid products will be subject to the price, license, delivery, withdrawal and refund information presented at checkout. These website terms do not replace the checkout terms for a paid product.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteMath is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free website or reliance on an estimate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without limiting any mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence.
