This notice explains how the operator of QuoteMath, based in Italy, handles personal data through quotemath.com. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to privacy@quotemath.com.

Calculator data

The cleaning quote calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you enter are not transmitted to QuoteMath. The calculator stores a copy in your browser's local storage so your inputs can be restored on the same device. You can remove them by selecting "Reset example" or clearing this site's browser data.

Waitlist and product emails

If you join the founding list, we process your email address, consent record, form source and submission time to provide launch information and product updates. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.

Technical information

Hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, request time, browser type and security logs to deliver and protect the website. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable service.

Service providers and international transfers

QuoteMath may use hosting, form-processing and email-delivery providers acting as processors. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area using applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Waitlist information is kept until you unsubscribe, the purpose is completed or it is no longer reasonably needed. Consent and suppression records may be kept where necessary to demonstrate compliance and respect unsubscribe requests. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider's security schedule.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Cookies and analytics

The current website does not use advertising or behavioral analytics cookies. The calculator uses local storage only for the functional purpose described above. This notice will be updated before any optional analytics technology is introduced.

QuoteMath is a business tool and is not directed to children.
